To register for the meeting and sign up for optional tours and meals, please complete the registration form below. Please note, the tours to Pharsalia and Poplar Forest include bus transportation and pre-registration is required to secure a seat.

• Each attendee is required to purchase one registration ticket ($150).

• The Dutch Treat Dinner on Monday, May 19th is optional ($100).

  
  

• Please sign up for only ONE of the three tour options. Tour registration required to receive complimentary lunch. There is an additional $50 workshop fee for Pharsalia.
